You can’t tell off this. It’s not even a picture of the genital area.. parts are swollen at 12 weeks so it is often very hard to tell until 16-20 weeks. That being said, my baby was sitting just perfect at 12w4d and we were able to tell he is clearly a boy. My dr still asked that I don’t announce to
Everyone until it was confirmed again at 16 weeks though.

You shouldn’t try to tell off a standard scan before about 15 weeks - female genitalia is swollen until about then and can be mistaken for male bits.

It is wayyyy too early to tell. At my 12 week ultrasound she said girl then moved it around a little and said “no wait maybe boy”. Parts look very similar at this stage

Our tech AND dr thought we were having a boy at our 11 week scan, they both said they were pretty sure although they couldn’t make a good call yet and sure enough the blood test revealed a girl 😂  you’ll find out soon! It’s way too early to know by the ultrasound

I knew on my first ultrasound that i was having a boy and it was confirmed through genetic testing. Tbh i just knew that i was pregnant with my boy

I believe 11-12 weeks is early when I was pregnant my tech could tell luckily at 16 weeks but it all depends they told me if it was a bad angle I’d have to wait until 20 or so.
