high risk 5wk 2d

This is my 5th time being pregnant, with one live birth. My body does not produce enough progesterone and my cervix is short. I have been bleeding off and on since Wednesday and I've been having to go in every 2 days for hcg quant test. My levels are rising but barely not like they should be. I'll be having progesterone inserted vaginally the next couple days and if we make it to 16 weeks I'll need my cervix stitched closed. I am so nervous and scared.
