Hip pain update!

After trying different things for my hip pain, Ice and heat, hot showers, pain reliever, etc, it got to a point where I was started waking up with hip pain and having it all day. I didn’t try a chiropractor this pregnancy, as I saw one 3-4 times a week with my first and it did nothing. I didn’t want to waste the money. I did some research, and chalked it up to my mattress. We bought a cheap one a few years ago and it is so firm. I bought this amazing, fluffy, mattress topper. It’s like sleeping on a freaking cloud!!

I slept on my left side all night!!! Usually I have to sleep on my right because my left starts to burn, and I cant move due to the severe locking pain. I woke up with no hip or back pain. I just wanted to lay in it all day!! And I slept through the night with it! Without it I was waking up like every hour.

I am one happy momma today!
