Soooo... dates huh?
I didn’t try this the first time around, but apparently there’s a study that suggests dates are good for both helping labor to begin on its own (rather than being induced, which I was the first time) and encouraging dilation. 6 a day seems to be the magic number. I have decided anything that might help is worth it. But can someone please tell me... why, oh why, do they have to look like cockroaches or some creature’s turds? 😣😩
On another note, has anyone eaten them with a previous pregnancy? What was your labor like? Here goes nothing...
