I'm 31 weeks with di/di twins and am currently 8 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight.

I had lost a total of 16 pounds in the first trimester, gained it all back in the second and now I'm consistently loosing weight every appointment.

My doctor doesn't seemed concerned because my babies are currently measuring about 3 weeks ahead, but has anyone else experienced this kind of weight loss?

I've had issues with nausea and vomiting but never diagnosed with HG.
