🚫Help: Injectables question

I had three ultrasounds. I had a total of five follicles. Two which were 9 and 11. Infertility clinic increased injectable from 50 mg up to 150 mg. My three strip lining was hovering under an eight (8.) Today, I had my third ultrasound and more bloodwork. Ultimately, my progesterone was 8.17, I think. The doctor thinks I ovulated 3-4 days ago on my own. Now, the clinic suspects I grew follicles and ovulated fast! I’ve never experienced this before. My bf and I did BD twice last week.

Here’s the oddity my follicles aren’t clear as normal. “They look weird,” according to technician. Also, my estrogen has increased from last Wednesday (161) to today (356.) Thoughts?
