My SO and I haven't really been trying to get pregnant but we haven't been preventing it either. I spotted a little on the 3rd and the 4th,with light bleeding on the 5th and then nothing! My stomach has been cramping,and I was supposed to have gotten my period this past week and I didn't. I tested on the 19th (blood work) and it came up negative. What should I do?
