Pls help, horrible abdominal pain!!!

Hi guys! I'm a ftm and very worried because I have had a miscarriage before and it took so long to get pregnant. I'm almost 17 weeks now and since my last ultrasound (chromosomal screening at 13 weeks) my lower abdomen like right where your pubes are?? Has been very sensitive. They had some lady try for like 45 min to find a pic she needed for a test plus the screening so the ultrasound was long and she had been pushing kindve hard. It didn't bother me that much but the last few days it's been hurting pretty bad I can't put any pressure on it and it is really popped out and hard.. it even hurts when I sit on the toilet cause my legs push too hard into my stomach. And I can't lay on my side with my legs bent cause it also makes it hurt for some reason. I'm so worried about this and never experienced this before and I need some opinions on what could be happening... I told my doctor but she didn't think much of it and brushed it off. I also have some type of infection so maybe that could contribute? It's just pretty painful I'm worried for my little baby.
