UTI problems

Y’all...this is my third UTI within five months...at this point, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. My bf and I don’t use condoms but we use withdrawal, I shower regularly, take cranberry pills, and a preventative antibiotic (I don’t always remember to take it after but still take it regularly) I don’t want to go to a Urologist because I can’t afford it (and idk if insurance will cover it) and I don’t want my mom to find out I got another UTI. (I’m in college btw) I know what antibiotic works for me and I’m going to the doctor tomorrow, but I know they’re really going to push me to go to a Urologist. I’m just really upset and hating my life atm. Would appreciate advice & some cheering up rn, thanks❤️
