Had some slight bleeding went to the hospital and everything looked ok my Hcg level was 10,500 but they didn't see the heart beat at 6 weeks. 3 days later my hcg level was 18,00 and then 8 days later only 27,000. Went to get an ultra sound at 7 weeks and no baby or heart beat. Yolk sac was the right size. Doctor said I'm going through a miscarriage and have a slim to none chance the baby will make it. They can do another ultrasound. Doctor said I can have a D and C or let it happen naturally. So heart broken. Any one have similar thing happen or opinions about d and c compared to natural?
