The struggle

I can not find my motivation. I was on a roll last year before I became pregnant with my daughter. I had gotten a personal trainer and was working out 5 days a week. I was eating very healthy and had lost 15 lbs by the time I found out I was expecting. So after my first ultrasound the tech said I had a small hemorrhage and to rest just to be safe. So there went my workout. Then the morning sickness was so server I had to be medicated. All I could keep down was carbs. So there went my diet. Then I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes so the diet was back on 2nd trimester. I lost some weight after my diet started but I had already done some damage. So now my daughter is 5 1/2 months and momma still hasn’t found that motivation or time to get back to the gym. I feel it’s even harder with the baby. Moms help motivate this desperate mom. I have a wedding next year and a dress I need to look amazing in. ‘‘Tis was pre baby

And this is where I’m starting now.

This takes a lot to post and be very vulnerable so please no negative comments. Advice, tips or motivation is needed!!! Thanks ladies
