Diva cup for whole period?

wondering if you wear your Diva/menstrual cup for your whole period or do you mix it up with tampons/pads? I'm nervous to use it the whole time. Looking for advice.

Take it out, dump it, rinse/wash it and reinsert it. The whole point of it is to be reusable. I stopped buying tampons and pads period when I got my Diva Cup.

When my period is starting or ending it’s super light so I’ll use a liner.

whole period unless I forget to put it back in my purse then I use my backups. I keep tampons in my car and at work just in case I drop my cup or like I said forget it at home.

Usually I have to wear pads for the first day or two of my period because my cervix gets too low to wear my cup comfortably

I wore tampons for years, and then switched to the diva cup. Now it is all I use. tampons really dry me out and make my cramps so bad. your couldn't pay me to go back to wearing tampons.
