UTI Symptoms.. No UTI

Anyone else?

I felt burning after urinating 2 days ago. Took a home UTI test with FMU it was positive. The following home uti test showed only WBC.

Later that day I went to an urgent care they did a dip stick test that was negative and sent the urine out to culture it. Doctor also recommended an STD test... I’m married and knew it would be negative so went ahead with it

Culture came back negative for a UTI and STD test were all negative.

So here’s my question anyone ever have UTI symptoms and no UTI? If so did you ever figure out why????
