When is everyone telling their parents?

My fiancé and I are both super close with our parents. This will be our first baby and we’re both so incredibly excited it’s so hard not to tell them. When did everyone tell their parents/how far along will you be when you tell them? We wanted to wait till Mother’s Day which I’d only be 8 weeks and 3 days along but now we’re thinking about telling them at around 6 weeks. This is so hard any input would be helpful. I really wanted to wait until I had my first ultrasound so I would know everything was okay but I don’t know if I can wait that long. Lol
