my 7 week old is just a terror during the day. he doesn't nap any longer than 20 minutes but is so fussy because he's tired. it's not like I haven't tried to get him to nap longer, he could be fed with a fresh diaper and sometimes swaddled, being rocked in a quiet room. but he just won't stay asleep. I'm at my wits end, I can't nap, eat a full meal, or get anything done because he's just crying the majority of his awake time and he's really only calm if I'm holding him and bouncing him around. obviously I can't hold him 24/7 but him crying all day isn't optimal either. I don't know what to do.
