this has been here for about three weeks now, it’s never been red like this or itchy until today. usually it’s a pale pink color and doesn’t itch/ hurt at all. there seems to be no puss inside as it looks yellow like on the second picture and it is rough and bumpy to the touch. i have put nothing on it because idk what it is, it didn’t cause me any problems up until it being itchy today but i’m really curious, has anyone had something like this or know what it could be? oh btw it’s in my left shin if that helps at all.
