I'm 13 weeks, and look 30 weeks!

This is my first pregnancy, and I feel like I look HUGE. My OB says it's because of the multiple surgeries through my belly area(gallbladder removal, and ovarian cyst removal.) that left quite a bit of scar tissue. I'm not a small girl to begin with, but I've never had a belly. My son just makes me feel massive, lol.
