I'm scheduled to take a pregnancy test tomorrow bc I'm having radiation. My period isn't until 6 days from now. If I am pregnant, will the test come back positive tomorrow at the doctors office a week early?

I'd just talk to them in the morning. Let them know you could be pregnant and that it is 6 days before your period, it will likely depend on exactly what they're doing and to what body part whether they will postpone it or not.

I don't think doctor's test are sensitive enough to pick it up that early. Maybe try yourself on an FRER? It would still be close because 6 days is a few days out but, never hurts to try I say.
