For the last couple of years I've had pelvic pains randomly. Not every day or even every week. They're sharp and sudden. It's kind of crampy. I don't have a period due to an iud so I'm wondering if it could just be because of that. Ive had normal paps but I'm still worried. Does anyone know what it could be? Am I just paranoid?
