Anyone with trouble TTC after STD?

Hello, I am shamed to admit that about 5 years ago I was told I had chlamydia. My partner and I were both treated for it and continued having unprotected sex after the treatment time. I never went back for a follow up because I guess I was nervous. I have a ten year old son and have been trying for abut 6-7 months with my fiancé without success. I am SOO worried that the std damaged my internal sex organs and am wondering if anyone else has a story like mine with a happy ending?!

Untreated chlamydia can lead to pelvic inflammatory disorder (pid) which could make you steral. I got chlamydia from my ex took the treatment and started talking to my now husband I delayed having sex with him until I went back to the Dr to be sure I was disease free. Turns out the treatment had not worked and I still had it. Took different drugs waited and got tested again and finally had a clean bill of health before I slept with him. I would go get tested to make sure you are disease free asap.

Yes I had it with my first pregnancy! It was cured (both me and my guy) and had two more babies ;) best advice is just go to the doctor!
