How’s everyone doing today?

How we all doing today ladies? I have been seriously struggling at work! Just can’t seem to focus on anything and feeling super sick and faint on my journeys to and from. I have a horrible hot and busy commute through London and have to stand most of the way which isn’t helping! 😩

Not too bad today, but I’m working in London next week and not really looking forward to it. Plan on taking some rich tea with me to stop the nausea! As much as I hate it I am weirdly glad I have the symptoms makes me feel better after a missed MC in Jan! Hope you start to feel better hun, make sure your getting enough fluid I found it made a huge difference xx

I hear ya! I'm delivering a training course tomorrow shich means I'll be on my feet talking all day. Really don't know how I'm going to get through it especially with the cramps and needing to pee every 2 minutes
