Hi everyone, I’m 30weeks pregnant and I’ve been producing colostrum for the past couple months but I’ve noticed that my right Breast produces more often, does this mean that once

I deliver I’ll have more milk from this breast?

Also, my usual B.P is 102 to 110/ 71 to 78 but those last few days it goes up to 122/82 to 90 which is unusual for me, I understand that it’s pretty normal B.P for anyone else it’s the average but I’ve never reached those numbers before so for me it’s starting to get high I think no?

P.S I’m expecting twins so maybe this explain that any ideas?

I’ll keep an eye on it and in case it goes too high I’ll call my Ob.
