So I had my retrieval this morning and we got 35, which is a lot. I do have PCOS so that might be a factor. They did not have to give me a HCG shot because I had over 30. We are doing a 5 day fresh cycle on Sunday. On top of it I know longer have to do the vaginal inserts, instead we have to do progesterone shots in the butt for 10 weeks. My question is, has anyone been prone to OHSS with this high number 35?

Also, I really want to put in 2 embryos on transfer. We lost a baby and my tubes due to ectopic in January, and honestly I just want to cover all my chances of at least having a pregnancy. Anyone else is my boat or had experience like this?
