Fetal heart rate question

I am 16 weeks pregnant with a girl and they heart rate was about 158 last time it was checked. I went today and the heart rate went down to 138. Is it normal to drop like that? I mean the doctor did not seem concerned, I am just curious because my sons was always 156 my entire pregnancy.
