IUD help
So this is a little tmi... I just got an IUD Thursday. Whenever I go to the bathroom and am going number two the whole pushing the poo out I’m a little worried that it is going to upset the IUD implant since it is so fresh and I am contracting those muscles a little- or at least it feels like it. Any thoughts?
