Could it be? Advice please

I had a nurse practitioner peform a ultrasound yesterday I'm 6 weeks 3 days one baby was fine heartbeat great she also seen 3 other gestational sacs but she couldn't separate the heartbeats or see the other babies? I'm sure it's not blighted ovum and I haven't passed any clots just very light spotting. An obgyn is going to see me Thursday. Any ideas to what this could be? Thanks in advance 😊
