What are dumb questions people ask you?

Now that I’m in my 2nd trimester, everyone at work comments. I think its really sweet that everyone is so excited! But some people ask me “are you guys excited?” Why do people ask that? Why wouldn’t me and my husband be excited? I’m so easily annoyed now 🤣
Have people been asking you silly questions?

I’m 25 weeks but I’ve always been a tiny person . 5’4 and before pregnancy was only 120 now I’m about 126. So sometimes i get asked “ your THAT far along , you barely look pregnant !” Or when i told someone i was due in July they said “ this July !?” Like no, July 2090... what other July would it be 😂😭

my husband's aunts asked me if I was still working while pregnant. Like it's some kind of disability. I'm obviously not on bed rest because I'm chasing my toddler around. Why would I quit my job/career because I am pregnant 😑 Then when I told them I would work until baby was here, they all had a fit. I literally sit at my desk all day with my feet up...

I keep getting asked how I’m feeling...which is sweet, but I’m always feeling terrible and nauseous and uncomfortable, which isn’t the answer most people want to hear! If I’m in a good mood I lie, if I’m in a bad mood.....

We had IVF and have been keeping our family informed through the process. Everyone knew it was my parts not working. Anyway, when we got our BFP my Father in law asked if our baby would have my husband's genes. I was like what? He was like "Yeah I wasn't sure if they had to use his sperm" so I'm like yeah and he says " oh wow the baby will actually have my genes too!"   #weird #notAmilkmansBaby

haha I just told the rest of my coworkers today and got a lot of weird questions... like 'did this take long?' when did you conceive...yeah. weird. but whatever. My favorite was two men telling ME what pregnant woman should use (cause their wives we're recently pregnant)...sigh, and so it begins.

I mean I definitely understand what you’re saying and it is kind of a common question I think cause they’re basically asking if this is what you were planning which is none of their business but I don’t take offense just because yes I’m sooo excited and when they ask it gives me the excuse to gush about baby 💖 but I also know what you mean about every little thing being annoying. I get like enraged whenever I feel someone looking at me idk why it bugs the hell out of me now
