30 Weeks to late to change drs?

Emily

So, at my appointment between 24 and 26 weeks my dr was on holiday, and the office just scheduled me with another dr.

I met my dr at 11 weeks. She's very friendly, and if you ask a question, she'll answer it in depth. However, she always seems very in a rush. Get in say get spiel and get out. If you don't catch her and physically say "I have a few questions" then shes out the door in minutes.

This new dr was BEYOND friendly. She became so personable in the little time she was there and explained in depth what was going on with the rest of the appointments, and what I should start expecting. She was laughing and joking, and didn't feel like she was in a rush at all.

I've already planned out my appointments for the next two months with my dr, and I know I will definitely use the new dr next pregnancy, but I was just wondering if anyone thought I should try to change dr's this late in pregnancy.

My dr is out of office again tomorrow and we met with the new one.

Will my dr even deliver the baby or will it be forever is on call?
