Pregnant on pill?

I am on my second month of birth control pills. I do not take them religiously (I’ve been hours late and I’ve missed one). I’ve had unprotected sex multiple times this month.
I’ve noticed my boobs have increased in size and are tender. I also started having lower abdominal cramps and today I started spotting (which is brown). All of this is happening while on the white active pills.
Can I be pregnant?

Yes you can always get pregnant if you skip or miss pills. It can lead you to ovulating as the pills is supposed to prevent. Brown blood is normally just old blood because bright pink blood could mean implantation. I would test in about 2-3 weeks.

There’s always a chance of pregnancy if you don’t stick to the strict schedule. Have you taken antibiotics lately? Those and other medications interfere with birth control. Both me and my brother were conceived while my mom took birth control because she had taken antibiotics as well. So always check the side effect list on meds to see what it interferes with.

Yes you could be pregnant as you could have ovulated Or you can have break through bleeding if even 30 min late on a pill. If you are bad about remembering your pill talk to your Doctor about other options. (Nuva ring works great for this problem). If you miss your period take a Urine pregnancy test.
