High blood pressure & birth control

So for some time now i have been trying to find the correct pill to best suit me. To start off i have never had a regular period so getting on the pill helped regulate it, I’m 22 now and recently went to the doctor and they got me on pill which is the one that has the least estrogen in it, when i went back to the doctor and had my blood pressure checked it was SKY HIGH 190/138 doctor said the only thing that had changed since last visit was the pill. She immediately urged me to get off the pill, i did so and seems to have normalized my blood pressure. We’re looking at other forms of birth control, but they already had me on the lowest estrogen pill. So my next options are now either an IUD with no hormones. Or what the call the “mini pill” or “the everyday pill” which compared to the regular birth control pill i don’t get a break. No week off break to where i just take sugar pills. Once i start one packet i start other. I’m not sure which to go for. I’m afraid of one causing acne, since i already have bad acne as it is, or bad headaches.
