Tips on starting to pump

Hi Moms! I wanted to know if you guys could share any tips or advice on starting to pump. My baby girl will be one month on Thursday and while I’m not sure when i want to Go back to working, DH and i were thinking of introducing a bottle as well so he could help with feeding and feel a bond through that and also she she will be comfortable with a bottle in case we have someone watch her so we can have quality time. I still want to breastfeed tho because i love that bonding time. Should i start pumping once per day? Or on a schedule? I’m clueless 😩
