Im pregnant and my nipple skin is about to miss a piece of the skin like its ripping off the skin it doesnt hurt but like has it happen to you before i just noticed this today and im kinda weird it out

My nipples are really dry and flaky, I’ve started using bio oil on my stomach and boobs to prevent stretch marks, and it seems to be helping my nips. My mom suggested getting lanolin, which is breast feeding cream, made more dry and cracked nipples.
