I'm on the patch, been using condoms and have been getting period regularly the last few months no problem. But a couple of days ago I started getting horrific cramps and my period wasn't even due, was also wiping blood but not a lot. the bleeding got a little bit heavier and yesterday something came out- I don't really know how to describe but it was like a ball of fleshy tissue?? I don't know if I've been pregnant and not realised or what this could be, any help would be much appreciated.. 😊
