okay so my periods are pretty normal (not extremely heavy) but the first 2-3 days of my period i have THE worst stomach aches. i can barely eat because it makes it worse, i feel like i have to poop all day so i just sit in the bathroom for like hours (i do normally end up going tho) and it's so uncomfortable like this happens every period and i don't know what to take to help it not be as bad :( my friends and mom always tell me it's cramps but i RARELY get cramps and i know when i do so i know it's not that.
