Vegas trip - how do i lie??? 😣

We've been planning a trip to Vegas for May 9-11 to celebrate my sisters and cousins 21st birthday. the tickets and hotel are already booked and all my cousins, aunt's, uncles and parents are going. we just found out I'm pregnant so I'll only be 7 weeks on the trip. I don't normally drink a lot but my family will definitely be suspicious if I don't drink at all. How do I fake this so that we can wait to announce it at 12 weeks?? 😬

My SIL was a pro at this! Get drinks that look like could be something else and as the night progresses and others have had a few they won’t even notice that you’ve switched to water. Do your best to avoid situations where someone else might want to buy and if they do you can always pretend and ditch it later.

I would buy something like a bottled cider or beer (normally in a darker bottle) so you can pretend to sip. Worked for me haha no one could tell I wasn’t really drinking it.

Get a fake drink :) or if you’re going with your SO you can “borrow” their drink so it looks like you have something! Dinner orders are hardest because all the focus is on you while you order, I usually just say I have a headache or am saving my booze for later if we go out.
