Bad Sperm Analysis Results 😞

We’ve been ttc for over a year now and got our first SA 3 months ago. Found out that husband has low sperm count, low motility, and high morph - a condition they call oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT). We felt devastated but we continued trying while he was taking a few vitamins (no luck til now). We had another SA taken a week ago but results remained the same.

It is really difficult for us since husband has spine problems which is adding to the stress of ttc. I have no one to talk to and I just feel like I can vent out here. I would like to help him as much as I can but I feel like there is not much I can do and it is very frustrating.

Meanwhile, all my friends are getting pregnant which is making me really sad and I always ask why is this happening to us? ☹️
