Do you track/plan on tracking your child’s cellphone?
My husband and I were having a conversation about tracking our children’s phones when they got old enough, we both decided against it.
We came to the conclusion that we would have something along the lines of “find my iPhone” Incase the phone was stolen, or God forbid they went missing, but we won’t use it otherwise.
We aren’t going to track their phones when they go out, or track them throughout the day.
We aren’t going to check the app unless there is an emergency.
I realize there’s many differing opinions about this, but my opinion is that if you start out with tracking your child’s every move, giving them no trust, they will only become more rebellious.
