IUD+ Masterbation
So i just got my IUD yesterday morning and my doctor said No sex for a week and use protection until i go back to see if my IUD moved, but she didnt say anything about masterbation (non vaginal aka no penatration)
Ladies who have had the IUD before what are your thoughts on masterbation when you recently got an IUD?
