I have always wanted to do a water birth and use a midwife, to have the freedom to be able to walk around and move during contractions instead of being confined to a hospital bed. Did you enjoy using a midwife and having a natural birth, how was your experience?

The birthing center I’m going to will not even consider you if you’re high risk.

My hubby is super supportive and will go along with what I want since I’m the one birthing the LO but my mom thinks it’s dangerous and is freaking out. (I honestly think hospital births are more complicated than using a midwife & I’m extremely uneasy in hospitals so I know I’d be stressed the entire time) ... feel free to leave detailed comments, pics & thoughts on your midwife experience.
