What are normal HCG levels for 5 weeks

My doctor called with my blood work results and said the number was low but I'm definitely pregnant. I'm probably freaking out over nothing

Someone showed me this and said that this is what their office uses for the averages. At 5 weeks exactly mine was at 10,300 and I was really worried that it was too high but the dr said mine are great. I think what they are looking for is that the number is doubling within 48-72 hours. So even thought it may be low, as long as it’s doubling I think it would be fine.
