Spotting

Six weeks today. Had an ultrasound last Friday and they saw the sac but no baby said it was early so it could be ok or could be a loss( would be my 4th mc ) everything seems fine, but every couple of days I would spot and not its been 2 days in a row where I wipe and see some pink/ red/brown Usually it will be one instance and then clean for the rest of the day I have intermittent cramps but other than that and some crazy mood swing I’m fine. Supposed to see doc again next week. Hoping for a miracle Rainbow . Doc didn’t call about my hug so I assume it’s normal. Anyone had similar and a good outcome. I would love this to be my Christmas surprise.
