Hello I just need advise from women who have experienced lost

Hello ladies I am 5 months postpartum I just found out I’m a few weeks pregnant the other day I am just feeling so strange about this pregnancy I don’t even remember worrying this much with my first baby. Today would of been my period day and I just can’t get over how I’m still having faint lines. Today I tested again to see if my line would be darker and it was not. Still a darkish faint line. Yesterday and the day before I’ve been having some what cramps pinching pain in my ovaries. The first day I was having a pinching pain in my right ovary side and yesterday I was having left ovary pinching pain and lower back pain. I’m having watery discharge it ranges from watery to thick and white. I don’t Denver having this pain with my first child and it just has me worried something else is going on. Any advice if anyone experienced this with there pregnancy and where it led to? Im not sure if I’m having a miscarriage.. I’ve never experienced one and I just need some advise from ladies you have I’m just so worried today having no pain at all just watery discharge
