Serious question in need of answers

So I had unprotected sex when I was 27% ovulating so defiantly risky! 4 days later I took a test just yo see if maybe something would show and of course it said negative. My smell has increased by a ton my boobs hurt and I don't know if this has something to do with it but I had a sharp pain by my belly button its been nine days since we had sex and he finished in me and in one week I should start my period... When's the best time to test ???
