Seeing spots/floaters?

I was sitting on my couch talking to my SO, and all of a sudden I could see these silvery specks flying around in my vision. They looked almost like sparkles I guess?? Has this happened to anyone else? I’m 34 weeks, and it wasn’t like I got up too fast or anything, I was literally sitting down on the couch.. it lasted about 10-15 seconds but I’m not sure if I should be concerned... anyone have some input?

Talk to your dr just in case. However sounds like you were just seeing the natural little floaters in the fluid of your eye. 70% of the population can see them & you can often catch them when you look at something bright like a white piece of paper or sometimes if you close your eyes & put pressure on your eyeball with your fingers you’ll see them when you open your eyes again & they adjust to the light. Very normal.

Check your BP but likely fine. I get this a lot and have for weeks. My BP is always perfect and no protein in my urine so my doc isn't concerned. She just said there's so much extra fluid and your body has to work so much harder right now.

I get those.  Usually in the shower or if I move quickly, but sometimes I feel like it happens even with minor movements.  I've talked to my doc about it, but he wasn't worried about it.  He wanted me to drink more - however, I am also slightly anemic, so he might not have been worried because the two are possibly related and so it wasn't new news.  Talk to your doc.

Happens a lot to me too.. doctor said I need to drink more fluids🙄 I chug water throughout the day tho..
