Relationship going nowhere?

I got a new bf a week ago but we really don't talk as often as we should. I told him that and he said that he was shy and changed the subject. Many people are going to a festival from school and I found out that he was going. He didn't even invite me. All of people know about us so I don't know what to do. Is it going anywhere? PLS HELP!
