My doc put me on a gluten free dairy free diet 5 months ago at the start of our assisted fertility journey. Had the Cyrex test done, shows high levels of bacteria that cause leaky gut. Fast forward to now, retest shows levels haven't changed despite the rigid no dairy no gluten...I have to even had a shred of cheese or anything!! Now doc says to follow the ReNew diet which is like Whole30. No sugar, caffeine, alcohol, legumes, starchy veggies etc. This is extreme. I have two more <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycles to go (totaling 6) before my insurance will cover <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>... anyone had a similar journey?? Looking for light at the end of the tunnel!
