Miscarriage meds didnt work.

So 4/11 I went to confirm my miscarriage so I can get the process started of removing my baby 4/12 I started bleeding took my meds to help me out. went to the doctor today baby still there meds didnt work smh so I had to get another procedure done almost like a d&c; it was so painful but the doctor said I did good but once he left out I cried like hell not just from the pain just knowing that this really happened while I stared at the ceiling balling my eyes out the nurses had my 2 kids bcuz it was half a school day so they had to go with me but I had to fix my face b4 I stepped back in front of them again. My fiance was at work which i understand but I told him I really needed him there when he got home bcuz it hurts and I cried but whats killing me more is feeling like im going thru this all alone I feel like he just doesnt care about the aftermath my pain my hurt whats going on in my brain or whats racing thru my mind I'm so confused and everywhere that all I asked him to do was cook the kids a small simple dinner and we argued that im lazy when I clean an cook everyday I just wanted tonight off bcuz I'm so sore but to hear him say that like he has no care is just even more hurtful. I guess I just Want him to let me know everything is gonna be ok.😢😢🤧🤧😭😭
