am I an evil bitch or...?

so I suppose I need a little bit of guidance ? my period has always been irregular, I still can't seem to figure out my cycle length, I track it every month and each month it's different. I have an iud and this is my 3rd year with it. I thought it was supposed to help regulate this kind of thing ? but it seemed to make it more confusing. but lately, I've started to experience pms symptoms (breakouts, generally irritability, higher sex drive, and even cramps) up to 14 DAYS before my period is "supposed" to start. I can't tell if this is normal? am I just normally a sassy horny bitch w acne the majority of the month? or am I just having really bad pms symptoms ?
