How to help with pain relief
I’m only a day past my c section which I know isn’t a lot but on my right side it hurts terribly when I walk and get up almost to the point that I can’t walk or get out of bed without help. They won’t give any pain meds because this is “normal” so asking for advice! What did you find helped your pain near your incision?
