Frequent Cramps
Does anyone have cramps all the time? I have them during AF for about a week. Then again for 5 days or so around ovulation. The a week of them during PMS. My cycle is short at 25 days, so there’s only 5-7 days where I don’t have any in a month. Usually just the one week is bad enough to take ibuprofen, but they are still uncomfortable and annoying. Wondering if something is up? I went off the pill in August but I wasn’t expecting this.
